This depends on what browser you are using. The most popular browsers are Internet Explorer and Firefox.

If you are using Internet Explorer and Windows follow these steps:

1. With Internet Explorer open, click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2. Double click on Internet Options and click on the General Tab at the top of the window that just appeared
